Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure accurate processing.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous tracking information.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
